Following our win at the 2024 event, Bondhay Golf Club has again been shortlisted by the judges and will appear as finalists at the Club Awards. Representatives of the club attended last year's ceremony and came away having picked up the title of Turnaround Club of the Year, which recognised the achievements made in modernising and improving the business.
This year, Bondhay is nominated for the title of Golf Club of the Year, with all nominees also being considered for Social Media Club of the Year and Website of the Year.
This year's ceremony will take place on November 27th at the Athena venue in Leicester. The Club Awards applaud UK clubs of all shapes and sizes, from Rugby Clubs and Cricket Clubs to Social Clubs and Community Clubs. Now in their 32nd year, all elements of club life are recognised at the Awards, as people and businesses join together to celebrate all that’s great about Clubs across the UK and throw a spotlight on the vital role that clubs play in their communities.
Following the shortlisting, the competition judges will evaluate which clubs go through in which categories before being tasked appointing a winner for each category, who are announced on the night at the awards presentation.
