A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per player is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount payable. The deposit must be paid within the next 14 days to avoid the tee-times being reoffered for booking.
The deposit can be paid by debit/credit card in person or remotely by secure payment link. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Bondhay Golf Club Ltd and returned to Bondhay Golf Club, Bondhay Lane, Whitwell Common, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 3EH. It is recomended that tracked postage is used.
We request that the number of players and any hospitality requirements be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the date of play. The remaining balance should be settled on the day of play, if not before. The balance will reflect the number of players confirmed beforehand, regardless of changes or cancellation. Additional players will be chargeable at the agreed rate.
On the day, the balance can be paid by debit/credit card or cash in the Professional Shop (or by secure payment link if paying in advance).

Etiquette
All Players should adhere to the Rules of Golf and Golf Etiqutte at all times. For any assistance, contact the Professional Shop.
Players must adhere to direction and guidance given by signage and Club Staff, particularly whilst out on the Course, and respect areas marked by ropes, cordons or marked Ground Under Repair (GUR).
Players are reminded to rake the bunkers and repair any pitch marks, and to avoid slow play where possible for the benefit of all.
At weekends and busy days during the week, the Course Marshal may be on duty to ensure timely play and etiquette is kept across the Course. Please follow any direction given by the Marshal.
If a tee-time is missed for any reason, you / the group may need to wait for the next available time if not immediately available.
Dress Code
All Visitors are required to adhere to Club Dress Code, which can be found on our website. Anyone not adhering to Dress Code will be asked to change or visit the Club Shop for alternative clothing. Anyone unprepared to do so may be denied from starting or continuing their round. The Academy Course, Practice Facilities and Trackman Range operate a relaxed dress policy.
Hospitality
At weekends and busy weekdays, the Juice Buggy may be deployed to the Course offering a selection of drinks and snacks. If the Juice Buggy is not available, Players are welcome to call the Clubhouse and place orders for food and drinks. Orders can be collected from the Bar/Restaurant prior, during or after play. The 1st, 9th, 10th and 18th holes all start/end at the car park.
The consumption of alcohol is permitted on the Course. We ask Players to keep consumption and behaviour to respectable levels. Anyone deemed to be acting inappropriately may be asked to leave.
Adverse Weather
The event that the Course is fully or partially closed due to adverse weather, you will notified as early as
possible on the day of play. In the first instance, you will be offered an alternative experience such as
game time on the Academy Course and/or Trackman Range, if available and applicable. In the event of
full Course closure or if the alternative is not suitable, an alternative date of play can be arranged without
charge. An alternative date should be confirmed as soon as possible.
Amendment & Cancellation
Changes can be made to details of the booking no less than seven (7) days prior to the date of play. This includes aspects such as the number of players and hospitality requirements, but does not include amendment to the date of play. Any changes will be reflected in the final balance payable.
A change of date can be requested no less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of play, with the deposit being transferable to the new date. If an alternative date cannot be agreed, the Organiser accepts that the deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, the date of play will be opened back up to booking and the deposit forfeited. The Club understands that sometimes unique circumstances affect bookings and exceptions may be made in agreement with the Management.
In the event of a booking cancellation by the Club due to adverse weather, and without agreement on an alternative future date, the deposit will be returned to the Organiser in full.
The Management reserves the right to make exceptions or changes to these rules at any time.
